Former presidential candidate and now New York City Mayoral candidate, Andrew Yang, went to the hospital on Friday due to severe abdominal pains, according to his campaign.
Their statement said, “After experiencing abdominal pain this morning, Andrew Yang visited an emergency room where he was diagnosed with what appears to be a kidney stone.”

He was accompanied by his wife Evelyn at the hospital.
Yang’s campaign said, “His public events for the day are canceled, but he looks forward to getting back out on the trail in the days ahead”
