Arizona Sues Biden Administration Over Vaccine Mandates

Last week, the Biden Administration has announced a sweeping vaccine mandate that would require companies with more than 100 employees to mandate the shot to their workers.

Fox News reported,  Arizona on Tuesday sued the Biden administration over President Biden’s sweeping vaccinate mandates that affect federal employees and private businesses with more than 100 employees — the first lawsuit against a policy that Republicans have slammed as an example of federal overreach.

The mandate is extremely intrusive and would effect most Americans. Most jobs are employed by companies or organizations with more than 100 employees.

“The federal government cannot force people to get the COVID-19 vaccine. The Biden Administration is once again flouting our laws and precedents to push their radical agenda,” said AG Mark Brnovich.

Biden has openly admitted that freedom is not a concern when it comes to COVID-19 restrictions.

“This is not about freedom or personal choice. It’s about protecting yourself and those around you,” The President proclaimed.

No person should be forced to sacrifice their freedom in order to protect themselves. If the vaccine is effective, others should be able to protect themselves without relying on others.

Benjamin Franklin once said, “Those who would give up essential liberty, to purchase a little temporary safety deserve neither Liberty nor safety.”

This statement could not be more applicable to the course of this pandemic. The government is actively relinquishing essential liberty without the consent of the people.
