UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson of the Conservative Party has journeyed to an active war zone to show support for an ally.

Pictures and videos of Johnson walking through the streets of Kyiv, and sitting across from the Ukrainian President. It was revealed that Johnson traveled from Poland by train to Ukraine.

The Prime Ministers’ movements were intended to be kept completely a secret for obvious security reasons, however, the trip was accidentally leaked on Twitter. Ukraine’s Embassy to the UK tweeted out an image of the two leaders captioned “surprise” with a winking emoji.

Johnson vowed that more weapons would be on the way. Specifically 120 armored vehicles and anti-ship missile systems.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky says that Borris Johnson’s leadership would “go down in history”. The President also said that “the Ukrainian people are a lion, and you are its roar” as weapons were promised.
