The CDC has officially deemed schools safe to reopen without teacher vaccinations – so long as certain precautions are put into place.
The daily caller wrote:
“The CDC is recommending a return to in-person instruction outside of cases of very high community transmission rates, according to The Washington Post The agency also said teachers do not need to be vaccinated in order for schools to reopen, although it recommended they still be placed in a higher priority group in states’ vaccination guidelines.”
Finally there may be a light at the end of the tunnel, and a finish to sacrificing our children’s education and psychological development.
School closures have not only left school age children without adequate education but disenfranchised and depressed.
Not all students have the proper resources to attend zoom class. On top of this it’s likely that those same students don’t have parents with the knowledge tools, and time to teach them properly.
Many studies have shown that k-12 educational facilities are not likely to be turned into covid hotspots if opened. With any hope, school systems will listen and adhere to the guidance put out by the CDC and reopen.
