He Won his election in a landslide, with 85% of the voters.

DeLuca died at age 85 on October 9th by a disease he fended off twice before.

By the time of his death it was too late to change the ballot or put forth another candidate for his seat, it has been reported.

His opponent was a Green party candidate that got 14% of the vote, Queonia “Zarah” Livingston.

DeLuca represented the 32nd legislative district of Pennsylvania for 39 years and also served as the Democrat chairman of the House insurance committee.
Some folks commenting that the voters here were oblivious. Some certainly were. But for others, they likely preferred the idea of a special election over electing the third-party candidate on the ballot

This is not evidence of voter fraud, this is just evidence that democrat voters will vote for dead people as long as there is a (D) in front of their name.
