Following New York City’s vaccine mandate, the L.A. City council has unanimously voted to mandate the vaccine to all indoor spaces.
Insider reported, The Los Angeles City Council voted 13-0 on Wednesday in favor of implementing an indoor vaccine mandate for public spaces in the city, moving one step closer to drafting the ordinance and enshrining it into law.
The council directed the city attorney to draft an ordinance, which would require residents to show proof of immunization in indoor spaces like restaurants, gyms, stores, theaters, stadiums, and music venues, following a similar ordinance implemented in New York City last week.
“If we ever want to get back to normal, to what Los Angeles was like pre-COVID, we need to stop the spread,” said Nury Martinez, Council President.
“Stop the spread” is a term we have heard every day for the last year and a half. Each time we hear the phrase it is illustrated as a simple task that takes one more big push.
First it was 2 weeks to “stop the spread” that two weeks turned into more than one year.
Each time the phrase is used, more liberties are stripped away from the American people.
First, their right to leave home, to work, earn wages and provide for themselves and their families. Next they were mandated to wear masks, striped of their right to decide what they wear.
Now, Americans are being told that they are to either get vaccinated, or be stripped of their freedom to do virtually anything.
They are not to show their face in public without proof of being vaccinated, even with a mask, they are still unable to enter indoor facilities.
Those who are unvaccinated, are being dehumanized before our very eyes.
