On Friday, #CreepyJoe trended on Twitter as President Joe Biden made some eerie comments about, according to the Post Millenial, “the child of Brittany Bean, an honored guest, and wife of a soldier currently deployed in Afghanistan. Bean and her family briefly shared the stage with the Bidens before the president’s speech.”
Biden gave a Memorial Day speech at Joint-Base Langley-Eustice in Virginia and was doing well until he became visibly distracted.
“I’m honored to be joined today by Governor Northam and by two great representatives of the Commonwealth, Congresswoman Luria and Congressman Scott,” Biden said in the clip posted by The Post Millennial. “And I want to thank you for all that you do to represent these service veterans, because they’re devoted to you, the family members, the caregivers, survivors, all call Virginia home. I’m especially honored to share the stage with Brittany and Jared and Nathan and Margaret Catherine,” he started.
Then, after gazing at his “honored” guests, Biden said, “I love those barrettes in your hair, man. I tell you what, look at her.”
“She looks like she’s 19 years old sitting there like a little lady with her legs crossed,” he continued.
The New York Post said the “girl in question, who appeared to be elementary school age.”
Twitter erupted with comments on the president’s inappropriate behavior.
