David DePape allegedly asked Paul Pelosi if Nancy was Number 2 in line for the presidency.
He told Paul Pelosi that it was “end of the road” for him” and he was “sick of the insane f—ing level of lies coming out of Washington, D.C,”
Court documents filed by the DA say that DePape broke into the house on Friday after 2am, knocked Paul Pelosi unconscious and he woke up in a pool of his own blood.
The documents state that Paul Pelosi was knocked unconscious for about three minutes and that there were Ring security cameras “everywhere.”
According to the documents DePape had several Targets which include: a local professor, several prominent state and federal politicians, and relatives of those state and federal politicians.
According to the report; DePape broke in, he woke up Paul Pelosi by stating “Are you Paul Pelosi?” with a hammer and zip ties in his hand.
“She’s not here,” Paul Pelosi responded
Depape then asked when she would return.
“She’s in Washington, she’s not going to be back for a couple of days.” – Paul Pelosi
“OK, well, I’m going to tie you up,” – DePape
Paul Pelosi attempted to escape through an elevator near the bedroom, DePape “held the door” to prevent him from leaving.
“Well, she’s No. 2 in line for the presidency, right?” – DePape
Paul Pelosi agreed
DePape said that they’re all corrupt and “we’ve got to take them all out.”
DePape then allowed Paul to use the bathroom where his phone was charging, which is when he called 911.
Paul Pelosi told the 911 operator that he didn’t need police, fire or medical assistance in an attempt to “defuse the situation” as DePape was watching him on the phone, the document states.
When police officers arrived at the scene and asked what was going on, DePape smiled and said that “everything’s good.”
“I didn’t really want to hurt him, but you know this was a suicide mission. I’m not going to stand here and do nothing even if it cost me my life, Hurting him was not my goal. I told him before I attacked him that he’s escalating things, and I will go through him if I have to.” – DePape
