Pennsylvania was one of the most hotly contested states during the 2020 election, now the results are jeopardized more than ever.
CBS reported, A statewide court declared Friday that Pennsylvania’s expansive two-year-old mail-in voting law is unconstitutional, agreeing with challenges by Republicans.
Pennsylvania’s constitution has very strict rules pertaining to Mail-in voting. Generally, such ballots are completely illegal aside from certain hardships. Mail-in voting is exactly what gave President Biden his edge in the battleground state. After being ruled unconstitutional, Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled that the laws allowing lenient Mail-in voting would stay in place for the time being.
Like never before, election fraud claims have flooded social media, this time they’re legit. Concerns regarding the constitutionality of Mail-in voting laws in Pennsylvania have been prominent since the results of the 2020 election were certified, it’s a true anomaly that it took 2 years for state courts to act.
Of the nearly 7 million ballots cast, more than 2.5 million people voted by Mail in Pennsylvania, most were democrats casting their ballot with a check next to Joe Biden’s name.
“Big news out of Pennsylvania, the great patriotic spirit is developing at a level that nobody thought possible. Make America Great Again!” Trump said in a statement.
