Rittenhouse Judge Accused Of Bias By CNN

Over the past few days, Judge Bruce Schroeder has been accused of bias favouring Kyle Rittenhouse due to frequently holding the Prosecution, more specifically Thomas Binger accountable for breaking not only court rules, but stomping upon the defendants constitutional rights.

Judge Schroeder’s cell phone also rang off during the trial. The ringtone was “God Bless the U.S.A” by Lee Greenwood.

The left has decided that this choice of ringtone implies a bias, because Donald Trump frequently used the song at his rallies.

The fact that the song was written in 1984, long before Trump’s political career is omitted. Lee Greenwood was also known to associate himself with Barrack Obama, a Democrat.

Lee Greenwood was first appointed to National Endowment of Arts by George W. Bush, and was reappointed twice by Barrack Obama before being removed by Joe Biden.

Lee Greenwood’s music, more specifically “God Bless the U.S.A”  is not partisan. Is about love for god and country, not politics.

CNN’s Don Lemon argued that Judge Schroeder is treating Rittenhouse as if he is his own grandson.

It doesn’t particularly appear that the Judge is treating Rittenhouse in any particular way, more so he is treating seasoned attorneys as children when they blatantly show disregard for court procedure, constitutional law, and his rulings.

Attorney Binger tried to press Kyle on having not told his story to the police. Kyle Rittenhouse is however constitutionally protected from being forced to speak to the police.

Binger also cannot show evidence to the Jury that Schroeder has ruled against. Instead of adhering to the Judges decisions, Binger went ahead and tried to display the banned evidence.
